What you will do

Accountabilities:

- Co-lead design & implementation across the JAPAC region of the customer engagement & sales data infrastructure together with the Dir. Data Management
- Co-lead design & implementation of JAPAC analytical & reporting capabilities, including central data management, data strategy & explore advanced analytics
- Transform JAPAC commercial processes & systems to allow data-driven, integrated, and customer centric omnichannel customer engagement

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-lead a cross-functional effort to drive Amgen’s overall customer engagement, analytical, and reporting capability, across all JAPAC affiliates, in alignment with global capabilities (Global D&A)
- Translate the business needs from Commercial language into Digital, Technology & Innovation (DTI) requirements, and lead the DTI support teams to engage and implement effectively
- Refine Amgen’s data strategy in close collaboration with the O-US Dir. Data Management, affiliates, and global capabilities (D&A)
- Co-lead evolution of our commercial processes and data infrastructure (in collaboration with DTI) to allow data-driven, integrated, and customer-centric omnichannel customer engagement:

- Define & execute detailed “integration” strategy in close collaboration with the O-US Dir. Data Management, cross-functional Amgen & external experts
- Define implementation strategy (analytics, reporting, processes) with a cross-functional team including DTI, GSS, and affiliates
- Co-lead creation of homogeneous and integrated JAPAC performance management framework (across all JAPAC affiliates, and partnering with D&A capability leads); harmonizing KPIs and metrics across the regions and delivering tailored analytical reporting capabilities answering different role needs through Tableau
- Explore advanced analytics in partnership with affiliates, BAI, and D&A capabilities

What we expect of you

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of directly related experience in an international company OR
- Associate degree and 8 years of directly related experience in an international company
- Excellent English communication skills in oral and written
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, all remote working tools
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills and a team player
- Self-starter who can function autonomously
- Focus on deliverables within agreed upon deadlines
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Innovative, creative, flexible
