**Position Summary**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic full-stack junior/mid-level developer with a strong foundation in modern web technologies. This role is ideal for developers with 1-3 years of experience who are eager to contribute across the technology stack and grow within a dynamic, forward-thinking team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive inventive solutions to business problems.
- Coordinate across teams in both PXT and portfolio companies to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Contribute to portfolio company technology strategy and enterprise architecture.
- Optimize for user experiences thoroughly and intentionally.
- Contribute to full-stack development across a variety of projects.
- Develop backend APIs and frontend features with seamless integration.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous deployment.
- Direct quality assurance, performance, and reliability testing.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or an equivalent level of experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in at least one of our listed technologies, additional experience is a benefit.
- Strong understanding of backend and frontend development.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Good English communication skills and team-oriented mindset.

- Docker, AWS.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $8,750.00 per month
