**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the planning and executing of 360 marketing campaigns; both online and offline
- Monitor and review effectiveness of promotions and campaigns in relation to KPI
- Managing of social media channels, website, CRM program and e-commerce platforms
- Plan and implement strategies to optimize new customer acquisition, conversion, frequency, and loyalty both online and offline
- Coordinate with internal departments and third parties on the development and deployment of CRM program
- Responsible for overall in-store merchandising, including marketing and visual merchandising collaterals
- Providing support to Marketing Team
- Provide general administrative support & other ad-hoc duties as assigned
