Operations Agent

This role will be responsible for handling and monitoring all QuickSTAT consignments ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.

**YOUR ROLE**

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform daily collections & deliveries nationwide ensuring all consignments are collected / delivered in conjunction with, pick-up windows / delivery deadlines.
- Process all Import & Export consignments as they transit through the Singapore facility.
- Perform selection & inventory checks of Export consignments for presentation to the SIN Warehouse Team.
- Upon receipt of consignments at QuickSTAT’s facility, all consignments must undertake our “Goods In” process in our internal system of documentation review, check weigh, dimension check, move to appropriate temperature storage and where required, re-icing.
- Upon departure of consignments from QuickSTAT’s facility, all consignments must undertake our “Goods Out” process in our internal system of documentation review, piece count, dimension check and where required, re-icing.
- Selection & preparation of temperature-controlled packaging solutions from our onsite inventory to include (PCM / Liquid Nitrogen & Dry ice solutions) in conjunction with client requirements.
- Carrying out Quality Control checks and releasing processes in accordance with established QA/QSHE procedures.
- Selection & preparation of temperature loggers & GPS trackers from our onsite inventory in conjunction with client requirements.
- Performing & recording of quality checks made of the re-usable temperature-controlled packaging solutions in our inventory.
- Shared responsibility for the cleaning, re-stocking & system updates associated to & required for the re-usable packaging inventory.
- Clear & concise communication of discrepancies.
- Loading & unloading of temperature-controlled packaging/consignments using the onsite equipment.
- Preparation of consolidation consignments for transferring to other QuickSTAT facilities.
- Data entry of key milestone information.
- Shared responsibility of departmental mailbox, to include the receipt of new packaging bookings and internal queries.
- Liaising with the Operations and Control Tower depts via telephone to communicate milestone information (PUP / Tender / Recovery / OFD / POD).
- Maintain personal standards of discipline with regards to:

- Start and Finish time
- Uniform and Appearance
- Vehicle Cleanliness
- Vehicle Maintenance
- Shared responsibility of ensuring the hygiene levels within the facility are maintained to the highest standards.
- Keep the Management team advised of potential & confirmed issues as they arise.
- Leave appropriate shift-report & handovers for the next shift when required.
- Printing Export document paperwork and assembling the document pouches.
- Labelling & secondary checking of consignments prior to airline tender.
- Keep the Operations Manager & Supervisor advised of potential & confirmed issues as they arise.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES**
- Experience of handling temperature controlled & time critical consignments.
- Specialist (Life Sciences / Time Critical) Courier Operations Experience.
- Experience of working to strict deadlines
- Comprehensive understanding of the various temperature-controlled packaging solutions available on the open market to forwarders.
- Comprehensive understanding of Courier / Freight Operations including Import / Export / Warehouse & Transport.
- Understanding of Warehouse milestones (Goods In / Goods Out)
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork skills and strong self-motivation ability
- Good numeric / financial ability
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Time management skills
