Job Overview

As the Agent Store Lead of , you will be responsible for leading the product and engineering teams, focusing on the construction and operation of the Fellou Agent Store, and providing users with rich and high - quality Agent services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product and engineering strategies for the Fellou Agent Store, including product planning, feature design, development schedule arrangement, etc.

  • Lead and manage the product and engineering teams to ensure the efficient development and stable operation of the Agent Store and enhance the user experience.

  • Collaborate with research, marketing, and other departments to introduce and integrate high - quality Agent resources and enrich the product types and service content of the store.

  • Analyze user needs and market trends, continuously optimize the functions and interface of the Agent Store, and improve user satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Have rich product and engineering management experience, and have a successful track record of being responsible for the development and operation of similar platforms or applications.

  • Be familiar with Agent technology and the related market, have a keen insight into user needs, and be able to propose innovative product strategies.

  • Have excellent team leadership and communication skills, and be able to coordinate cross - departmental cooperation and promote the smooth implementation of projects.

  • Have data analysis and business optimization capabilities, and be able to drive the continuous improvement of products and services based on data.
