As Sephora continues to grow rapidly in SEA, our campaigns strategy has been evolving. Whilst the Campaign Executives based in country continue to drive local campaign strategy and execution, the increasing complexity of pan-regional campaigns and local coordination demands a more sophisticated analytical approach and significant process improvement at the center. Therefore we seek to hire a Regional Campaign Executive, who will support the Regional Campaigns team in centralising the campaigns function within Sephora SEA.
As the Regional Campaign Executive, you will be an individual contributor working closely with multiple stakeholders and you will play a key role in team coordination. Reporting to the Regional Campaigns Manager, you will lead the development and execution of pan-regional campaigns, whilst bringing Sephora’s campaign planning and execution to the next level of sophistication across 8 countries in SEA. This is a newly created role within a small and dynamic team, and will suit you if you are creative, number driven and determined to make an impact.
You will foster a data-driven approach to campaign planning and analysis, identifying new strategies and best practices and facilitating their adoption by individual Country Teams. Your success will be measured against improved conversion potential and ROI of ongoing commercial initiatives. You will also drive efficiency in our processes which have evolved over time and do not always meet the needs of the omnichannel organization we have become. There is significant opportunity to drive improvement across the business, and you will be a key individual in connecting different facets of the business and helping to streamline processes and functions.
**What you will do**:
- You will contribute to building and refining models for campaign forecasting & performance measurement working alongside your team in Regional Campaigns and E-Commerce
- You will participate in the definition and testing of innovative campaign strategies and mechanics, working alongside the country teams
- You will coordinate different Country Teams and Functional Teams (Performance Marketing, CRM, Branding, Creative etc) to ensure seamless execution of pan-regional campaigns and achievement of agreed objectives
- You will contribute towards the definition of product roadmap for campaign management and analytics
- You will continually drive process improvement across our business, to improve efficiency and to allow the Campaigns team to focus on strategy and customer engagement.

- A university degree preferably in Analytics, e-Commerce, Business Management or Marketing
- 3-5 years of e-commerce experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong project management and planning skills, with the ability to conceive strategy and drive execution in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different partners across the business
- Innovative and creative - continually looking to demonstrate and drive improvement to improve commercial outcomes
- Proficiency in MySQL and database querying is highly preferred
