Job Description

Traveloka is looking for a highly organised and execution-oriented Regional Campaign Manager to support and coordinate regional campaigns and initiatives across markets. You will help drive campaign planning and delivery, manage processes and timelines, and ensure smooth cross-functional alignment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balances strategy with hands-on execution, and is passionate about delivering impactful results at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Support & Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of regional campaigns and initiatives 

  • Develop and maintain campaign trackers, timelines, and escalation processes to ensure systematic execution and timely delivery.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Manage creatives and storefront alignment to ensure campaign assets and merchandising meet strategic objectives.

  • Track sourcing progress and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to maintain campaign momentum.

Regional & Local Market Alignment

  • Maintain and update the campaign calendar across regional and local markets, ensuring transparency and alignment on priorities.

  • Work closely with local teams to adapt regional strategies for local relevance, and facilitate best practice sharing across markets.

Insights & Strategy Development

  • Collate competitor campaign insights to inform regional strategy, drive innovation, and strengthen campaign positioning.

  • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to support continuous improvement in campaign design and execution.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience. Experience in travel, e-commerce and/or technology companies preferred. 

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving execution.

  • Strong project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities across markets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
