**Title**:Global Revenue Enablement, Senior Manager, **APAC Enablement Lead**
**Location: Singapore or Malaysia**

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop scalable enablement plans
- Identify actionable initiatives and metrics on content, process, and tools
- Enable and measure end to end success of field readiness from lead generation to deal close
- Report ROI and feedback to sales leadership
- Collaborate cross functionally with sales ops, marketing, product management, services, corporate communications, HR, and training to increase revenue
- Equip and enable new sellers with knowledge, skills, and tools to accelerate ramp to productivity
- Curate digestible content for knowledge transfer at the speed of innovation
- Deliver knowledge and skills through on-demand learning, virtual and in person workshops
- Share best practices in pipeline development and win / loss evaluation
- Continuous sales talent development
- Partner with sales management to conduct benchmark assessments of new sellers
- Provide guidance for sales manager coaching
- Ensure operational success of enablement programs
- Establish program objectives and ensure speaker alignment to delivery expectations
- Confirm workshop logistics: scheduling, location, exercises, materials, and catering
**Required Qualifications**:
- Driven, analytical, creative problem solver
- Proven record of accountability and quality execution, accomplished independently or collaboratively
- Ability to relate to the audience with strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills
- Insatiable curiosity and love of product technology
- Ability to influence with a high energy, confident, engaging, and inspiring personality
- Understand the sales role and able to convey customer centric selling approach
- BA or BS in a business or technical discipline
- 10+ years collective experience in two of three following roles:
- Sales enablement
- Quota carrying direct or channel sales
- Product marketing or product management
**Desirable Qualifications or High Potential**:
- Familiarity with sales tool stack such as prospecting, CRM, readiness platforms, content management
- Familiarity with content production tools
- Experience in workshop facililtation
- Familiarity with sales engagement in the NPI process
- Ability to travel 20-50% (typically 1-3 days at a time)
- The ability to communicate in Japanese is highly desirable.
