Indoor Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle sales of the company’s range of products such as motorcycle tools and accessories
- Provide demonstration and technical consultation to customers
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Answer all incoming calls
- Provide administrative sales support, including preparation of quotation, sales order, delivery order, invoice, and import/export shipping documents
- Coordinate with customers on delivery schedule and documentation
- Prepare and upload product listing including content for various e-commerce partner’s platforms such as Carousell, Shopee, & Shopify.
- Maintain and ensure all products' information such as pricing and quantity, are up to date and available to sell on the eCommerce sites.
- Perform any other ad-hoc task upon request

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about motorbikes
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Preferably with SME working experience
- Self-motivated, Self-driven, and proactive
- Must have excellent customer service skills to handle customers' inquiries and complaints.
- Ability to learn the technical aspect of the products.

- 5.5 working days
- Near to Admiralty/ Sembawang MRT

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
