We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to drive product initiatives from inception through execution for our digital signing and document workflow products. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a vision to architect and manage an industry-changing platform that helps change the way enterprises deal with documents. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and define product-related work that would meet customer needs and further the company’s strategic value proposition.
- With a deep understanding of our product and market, you help evaluate ideas, negotiate on priorities and push for either short
- or long-term initiatives that would bring more significant revenue or improved platform availability and reliability.
- On a regular basis, work closely with engineers to break down work into packages that deliver consistently and releasable value, while ensuring their capacity is managed and changes to requirements are mínimal.
- We adopt Agile-based approaches to build software, therefore, you will be involved with existing scrum ceremonies to ensure the cadence of fixes, new features and tech debt resolution is maintained.
- Guide colleagues to create user stories following the agile INVEST principles and provide regular release reports to update business stakeholders.
- You will be involved with business development activities to inform prospective customers about the inner workings of our product and support onboarding activities where required.
- You will be required to support Account Managers and Customer Success Engineers who are the T1 and T2 support we have.
- Given a business opportunity or idea, you will be required to do research, conduct market surveys or discuss with engineering to conceptualise and drive development through a validated learning approach.

**Experience & Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Information Systems.
- Direct PM experience with covering SaaS and/or B2B products
- Strong communication skills, clear and concise.
- Experience working in a small setting / early-stage start-ups is a plus
