**Responsibilities**:
**a. Order management & fulfilment**
- Timely Execution of orders management, including timely and accurate order processing, placing orders to Vendors.
- Monitor and follow up on lead time and update the Management accordingly.
- Liaise and communicate with vendors to ensure on time shipment arrangement.

**b. Inventory Management**
- Effectively working with external vendors to arrange on time replenishment of inventory and planning of delivery schedule.
- Issuance of shipping / delivery instruction before dateline to ensure on time delivery.
- Ensure timely verification of all shipping documents in order to ensure documents received prior to shipments arrival at destination.
- Handle Import shipments, Insurance claim and documentation.
- Liaise with third party warehouse for storage and matching inventory for any discrepancy.
- Ensure accuracy of billing invoices from all vendors and timely organisation for payment arrangement.
- Organize and ensure timely filing of documents in accordance to audit requirement.
- Organize and Facilitate year-end physical stock take arrangement.

**c. Procurement**
- Responsible for procurement of all Clinic and Aesthetics needs
- Responsible for dispensing required items to related parties

**d. Others Duties**
- Month end Inventory Reports
- Support inter-company/Dept. purchasing/warehouse transfer
- Promote effective, polite and friendly working relations with all parties
- Submission of HSA and other related requirements as per the government regulations
- Filing and liaison with accounting company for required document submission

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or other related fields
- Organized, meticulous and have an ability to multitask
- A knowledge in Accounting / MYOB software will be an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
