- **Operations Executive - Contract Logistics/SCM** to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skillset, and achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff.
- Ensure the Program meets expectations, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records, and document retention.
- Operate the program in a cost-effective manner whilst meeting all requirements.
- Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount, and overtime.
- Customer complaint management.
- Uphold inventory integrity.
- Obtain feedback from program staff and customers for process evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Documentation of work instructions.
- Conduct On-Job-Training (OJT).
- Ensure staff compliance to all established processes and accuracy in the data processing.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good MS Excel, PC knowledge, and savvy IT skills.
- Process-oriented and a team player.
**Qualification**:
- Minimum Diploma Holder.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Warehousing 3PL.
