The Communications Lead will be responsible for planning and execution of all Corporate Communications activities across owned and earned media for AIA Singapore. Developing a clear strategy together with the Communications Head to ensure our Corporate Communications initiatives can ladder up and impact our key business goals of brand, PR, product and drive our brand thought-leadership, media and digital exposure in the Singapore market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee strategy and execution across brand reputation, executive profiling and reputation management, annual results announcements, fund reports and commentaries, media relations and crisis management.
- Translating our marketing strategy into a corporate communications roadmap which you will own and execute.
- Work closely with the HR and Brand teams to plan and execute activities to drive employee branding as well as lead and execute on employer branded communications and calendaring of posts and activities on LinkedIn.
- Work closely with various senior leadership to strengthen executive profiling and reputation management in both the media, trade and LinkedIn.
- Actively manage issues and provide timeline counsel for crisis management to protect AIA’s media reputation.
- Work with our agency partners to execute plans and deliver against our business goals.
- Measure, analyse and report performance on a regular basis and provide recommendations and how to improve and maximise positive exposure as well as regular reporting and engagement of upcoming plans with Group office and Singapore management team.
- Manage budget and planning cycle

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of proven track record of success in a communications role
- Solid understanding and network in media and communications field
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with strong interpersonal management skills
- Highly motivated, passionate, strong team player with collaborative attitude
