Responsible for supervising, recruiting & ensuring the product owner team is efficient at:

- Defining and Implementing Product Domain Roadmap - specifying Project success KPIs with proper impact forecast pre-release and impact assessment post release.
- Understanding Business Challenges/ Opportunities and formulating product solutions
- Investigating/benchmarking on systems solutions for business problems
- Defining, documenting, analysing and translating the business requirements into product requirements for the tech team
- Defining features, epics, and stories into detailed functional and non-functional requirements and acceptance criterias
- Assembling and managing teams of developers to design, develop and implement new features
- Defining/Negotiating Project scope and timelines with business and tech stakeholders - Managing project PMOs, by listing all tasks, identifying all task owners and setting timelines.
- Actively taking part in system integration and testing phase to ensure that the developed systems are properly tested to meet business requirements
- Performing User Acceptance Testing (UATs) of implemented solutions to validate that deliverables are as per the business requirement
- Ensuring the project is finished on time and with full scope delivered - Raising yellow and red flags and do proper escalations when project timelines or scope are compromised
- Coordinating with all teams involved in a project: Business, Tech, Product, Data, etc
- Establishing a network with Product Owners from external teams
- Analysing the business data, creating automated reports and visualisations from this data to monitor the performance of the initiatives & take corrective actions
- Communicating project status updates to all stakeholders
- Having complete and deep knowledge of own domains/system configurations and features.
