**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Overlook multiple product scrum teams and be a mentor to junior product owners
- Responsible for and drive strategy and direction of digital products
- Lead and guide a SCRUM team of UI/UX Designers, Development Engineers, and QA Engineers to groom a comprehensive backlog of features and user stories throughout the product development life cycle
- Understand our customers’ or internal users' needs and goals and then translate them into product roadmaps, including definition and prioritization of requirements, features, and functionality
- Question and challenge assumptions to ensure that we’re solving the right problems

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering, or related fields
- More than 4 years of Product Owner or related experience (Product Management, project management, vendor management)
- Experience in Agile (Scrum) methodology
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to speak to internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in software development full cycle
- Familiar with scrum and agile methodologies, and can lead teams to follow the agile principles
- Strong leadership characterization, and can lead the product direction and lead the team
- Strong ownership characterization, and can proactively take responsibilities
- Strong stress resistance capability, and can hold the position when facing the challenges
- Humble, and open to constructive and proactive feedback to continuously improve the products
- Strong coordination, skills and be able to communicate effectively and comfortably with team members
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and solid problem-solving skills
- Fast learner and passion for new technologies

**ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in the Internet of Things
- Experience in Artificial Intelligence
- Experience in JIRA and Confluence
