Job description
- Project management of market research projects for mainly Japanese clients
- Client service - align with client on business questions, survey design, analysis requests
- Vendor management - communicate client’s request in detail, manage schedule, operation, cost and quality control
- Data processing, quality control
- Qualitative/ Quantitative reports as required
- Creation of questionnaires, implementation of surveys, and aggregation of questionnaires
- Support for ad-hoc projects ie. operation management and conducting checks as per instructions of the project manager)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree
- Business fluency in Japanese language for communication with Japanese clients
- Past work experience in market research preferred
- (Good to have) Data processing skills using Excel
- Meticulous, patient and able to conduct data processing and checks accurately
- Possess logical and analytical thinking ability with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well in a lean team
