**Roles and responsiblities**
**Planning & excution of**:
- business and human resources strategies to achieve the company objectives
- the business expansion plan in the region.
**Sales**:
- strategic sales plan: sales strategies, strategic sales initiatives, to achieve sales targets
- develop and review the internal training programs and assuring sales team is equipped with the updated technical skills and knowledge
- meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating operating revenue and gross profit for the company
- achieve sales revenue and gross profit target and manage customer prospect monthly
- manage sales promotional activities and develop the new sales routes
- monitor collection, Account Receivables
**Procurement**:
- market research in the industry and aligning the Sales Team to the pricing strategy
- provide updates to all relevant departments on price changes and market availability of products
- raising purchase orders and placing with suppliers in line with stock and customer requirements
- cost managment of key items
**Operations**:
- monitor slow moving stock and ensure order goods/services on time
- manage the inventory, parts, services planning, sourcing, purchase requisition and purchase order management to ensure optimal inventory holding
- ensure warehouse & delivery work is conducted correctly and timely
- 3rd parties, employment payments are done timely
**Requirements**:
- Proactive, positive, independent and possess strong leadership, project management, influential and business skills with integrity
- Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, customer-focused mindset a professional, caring, empathetic, “can-do” attitude
- Minimum degree holder, preferably in Business, Accounting or related profession
- More than 6 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development
- More than 3 years of team management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
