We are looking for a Principal / Lead Principal Analog IC Designer to provide technical leadership in advanced Analog SMPS IC design and able to guide junior deWe are in search of a visionary Principal or Lead Principal Analog IC Designer who will lead the charge in creating groundbreaking Analog SMPS ICs. This role is not just about design; it’s about inspiring and mentoring junior designers while providing invaluable technical support and guidance to development teams and business partners.

In your new role you will:

- **Provide technical leadership in advanced Analog SMPS IC design**and able to **guide**junior designers.
- Able to **provide effective technical Analog SMPS IC support and advice**across development teams and business partners.
- Responsible to **drive SMPS IC architecture, IC Concept**and define internal target specifications.
- Hands on in designing state-of-the-art SMPS IC.
- **Work closely with Application teams**and other cross-functional teams for new product ideas and product definition.
- **Technical IC Chip lead**to drive new IC development from start to new IC product introduction.Define and develop the IP and prototypes required from the agreed product roadmap.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Master / Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- At least 12+ years relevant working experience
- **Proven expertise in Analog SMPS IC design**and in SMPS system topologies
- **Strong list of technical patents and publications in related area (ACDC SMPS IC/Systems )**:

- **In depth knowledge of ADCs, charge pumps, LDOs, drivers, HV-technology experience, oscillators**:

- Experienced in **leading technical negotiations**with external customers/internal experts
- Excellent understanding in state of the art IC development flow/methodologies/tools
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills and debugging experienceExperienced in driving and developing full chip mixed-signal IC from requirements engineering to tapeout
