**Responsibilities**:

- Support centre principal to lead and manage the daily operations of the centre
- Support centre principal in leading and achieving centre's licensing and other accreditation requirements
- Support centre principal in the marketing efforts to achieve centre's enrolment targets
- Support centre principal in managing manpower related issues (e.g. duty roster, training and development)
- Foster professional and effective relationships with all stakeholders
- Provide leadership to teachers in quality early childhood curriculum design, development and implementation of teaching
- Communicate, coach and manage teaching staff to act and execute and adhere to school's policies and curriculum
- Maintain eacher to student ratio as required by the ECDA
- Maintain the school physical condition and maximise the facilities to provide learning environment of students
- Establish and maintain positive and effective communication with parents and the school community
- Lead in organizing and execution of Compan's related events
- Lead and execute any ad-hoc events or initiative assigned

**Job Requirements**
- A recognised Bachelor degree from an approved institution, with Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (Leadersip) Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (Teaching)
- At least 5 years teaching experience in a pre-school with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and savvy with other systems or technologies
- Effective communication (i.e. written and verbal), organizational, interpersonal skills
