Senior Executive, Scholarships

The Office of Admission is looking for an Senior Executive to join their team:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan interview schedules, allocate slots, send invites to applicants and monitor responses.- Provide logistics support for interview sessions.- Check concurrent holding and issue offers.- Create and maintain award records.
2. Assist with the administration of Grants and Allowances for existing scholarship recipients-
- Inform applicants of outcome and create student records.- Liaise with 3rd parties on release of funds to recipients.
3. Assist with compilation and preparation of scholarship related reports- Liaise with various offices to gather required data.- Prepare and disseminate reports to stakeholders.- Liaise with marketing team to ensure information is updated.
4. Assist with enquiries from potential students/parents and scholarship recipients, and provide support for outreach events.- Respond to enquiries and requests.- Liaise with various stakeholders to set up events.- Chaperone scholars and students on events.- Mobilise scholars for outreach activities and events.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma with equivalent work experience or Bachelor’s degree in any related field from a recognised University.- 3-5 years of administrative experience preferably in the tertiary education sector.- Meticulous and detailed oriented.- People-oriented and a team player.- Able to work independently and in a team.- Organisational skills in managing multiple tasks to ensure smooth operations.- Collaborative skills to work with stakeholders across departments.- Good communication skills.
