**Role Overview**:Need to manage and deliver exceptional EUC services. Strong Microsoft 365 exp is a must

**Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery: Supporting the EUC Service Line Lead in delivering services across Workplace Technology, Unified Communications (UC), and End User Support.
- Stakeholder Management: Engaging customer stakeholders with operational and project reporting, while exploring new service opportunities.
- Talent Management: Overseeing the entire talent management cycle, including acquisition, development, mentoring, and performance management for the team.
- Team Leadership: Fostering staff engagement and team improvement initiatives, promoting a culture of learning and retention.
- Process Improvement: Driving continuous improvement through system changes, process streamlining, and automation projects.
- Technical Expertise: Providing technical guidance and direction to staff, identifying training needs, and assisting with training plan development.
- Documentation & Procedures: Contributing to the development, modification, review, and maintenance of team procedures and operation guides.
- Technology Integration & Optimization: Leading the assessment, justification, implementation, and integration of UC, AV, and workplace systems. Additionally, driving automation and optimization initiatives.
- UC Infrastructure Management: Ensuring UC infrastructure remains up-to-date, compliant, and secure, while identifying improvement opportunities and addressing system issues.
- Collaboration & Partnerships: Overseeing IT Hub Room management at customer locations, driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth delivery of major events or meetings. Facilitating and maintaining relationships with vendors, assisting with contract reviews.
- Project Management: Leading, coordinating, and collaborating with internal and external partners to navigate projects through various implementation phases, with support throughout the cross-functional team.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrating an understanding of business needs and processes to ensure alignment with service delivery.
