**Scope of Work**: Oversee end-user computing technologies, including desktop/laptop/MacBook management, mobile devices and collaboration tools.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for EUC environments.

Manage software and hardware procurement, licensing, and lifecycle management.

Collaborate with IT security teams to enforce endpoint security measures, including antivirus, encryption, and patch management.

Lead EUC-related projects, including technology upgrades, migrations, and rollouts.

Monitor EUC performance, analyze trends, and implement improvements for better user experience.

Provide technical expertise and support in escalated issues and critical incidents.

Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers for EUC solutions.

Implement policies for secure and efficient device management using Microsoft Intune and other MDM solutions.

**Skill required**:Expertise in Intune /SCCM/ JamF /O365 /Azure AD/Windows 11**

**Support type**: L3 ( Dedicated support at client office )

**Work location**: 67 Ubi Ave 1, Singapore 408942

**Duration**: 1 year and extension based on the requirement at the time of renewal.
