**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a driven and resourceful Business Development Executive to expand our client base in the interior construction industry. This role focuses on identifying and developing business opportunities with professionals in architecture, interior design, and premium retail sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, consultants, and retail or commercial clients.
- Promote the company’s capabilities in interior construction and fit-out services through presentations, meetings, and tailored proposals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with industry professionals to generate leads and secure tender invitations.
- Collaborate with the project, design, and estimating teams to develop proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
- Track and manage project pipelines from lead generation to contract award.
- Represent the company at industry networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to enhance visibility and connect with potential clients.
- Support the development of marketing materials and digital content in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and prepare regular business development reports for management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or client engagement within the interior construction or design industry.
- Understanding of the project lifecycle for commercial and retail interior fit-out projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage professionals across all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Independent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Existing network within the architecture, design, or retail development community.
- Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and site coordination for interior fit-outs.
- Ability to identify trends and opportunities in the retail, commercial, and lifestyle sectors.
