**What the role is**
- Working closely with a team of experienced Researchers from multi-disciplinary backgrounds, you will play an integral part in the conceptualisation and execution of research projects related to public housing.
**What you will be working on**
- You will be part of a team to provide pertinent input and conduct analysis to complement/enhance the value of research projects. Your responsibilities include compiling and analysing the demographic and socio-economic profile of residents, perform data analytics, statistical modelling on a wide array of data related to various aspects of public housing. You should have knowledge of suitable tools for data analytics, be able to derive insights from data and propose recommendations/solutions.
**What we are looking for**
- You should possess a relevant background in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Psychology, Sociology or equivalent technical field. You should also have the versatility and ability to conduct independent research and be able to contribute effectively as a team player. You should have strong writing skills and can effectively communicate complex data analysis in technical and non-technical ways. You should also have good interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with people at all levels. It would be an advantage if you possess relevant working experience or a strong knowledge in statistical modelling, data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, ArcGis) and predictive analytic tools like R, SAS, etc. Familiarity with data management, relational databases and SQL would also be considered.
