**Overview**

You will be working closely with The Office of Chief Psychologist (OCP), MSF and report to their Senior Principal Research Psychologist. Your role is to be the Principal Investigator (PI) or co-PI in the various research and evaluation projects, as well as train and supervise Research Assistants.

**Responsibilities**
- Articulate research and evaluation questions
- Review and synthesise literature
- Conceptualise the research and evaluation design
- Lead the undertaking and managing of data collection
- Lead the cleaning and preparation of datasets
- Conduct statistical and thematic analyses
- Write up research and evaluation report
- Disseminate findings and recommendations
- Conduct training in selected topics - Research Methods, Statistical Analyses, Data Preparation, Data Visualisation
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior researchers
- Perform other related duties relevant to the project as required by the Lead and Co-Lead Principal Investigators

**Requirements**:
**Educational qualifications**
- A recognised PhD degree in Psychology, Statistics or Data Science or Research

**Knowledge & Experience**
- At least 1 year of relevant research or evaluation experience (preferably in social service settings)
- Good understanding in one or more of these areas - scale validation, implementation science, programme evaluation
- Strong competency in statistics
- Competent in SPSS or MPlus
- Good command of spoken and written English

**Other qualities**
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
