_**Receptionist**:_
- **Mondays to Fridays: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break**:

- Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
- **Scope of Works**:_
- Man the reception counter in General Office.
- Answering phone calls and attending to walk-in enquiries/requests from students, visitors and suppliers in the General Office
- Maintain sickbay records and taking care of students at sickbay, including early dismissal of students due to medical reasons
- Manage lost and found items.
- Update staff contact list and movement chart
- Prepare letters and documents
- Tidy and maintain cleanliness around the reception area
- Assist with paperwork for any student-related activities
- Knowledge of the use of door system access is an added advantage
- Perform other related administrative duties as required
- **Requirements**:_
- At least three (3) years experience as Receptionist with administration experience in a school environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
