**Position: Boutique Store Manager (Luxury Retail)**

**Salary**:$7,000 - $8,500 + OT + Commission + AWS + Variable Bonus**
**Location: Multiple Location**
**Working Hours / Days: Retail Hours
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the daily store operations and supervising a team of retail associates.
- Ensuring visual merchandising and housekeeping are kept to company standards.
- Maintaining a high standard of personal and team members grooming & appropriate conduct.
- Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image.
- Establish regular contacts with existing and new customers, maintain healthy customer relationships, and keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
- Manage inventory and company assets, recommending to the Retail Manager orders of inventory.
- Working closely with the Retail Manager on sales activities and being part of store events. Constantly providing constructive feedback to the management on various aspects.Proactively give suggestions to drive store traffic and activities.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in store management in a high-end retail environment **.**:

- Prior experience in the luxury retail industry will be an added advantage.
- Passion in the retail industry, good communication, and leadership skills.
- Pleasant and cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to commit to rotating shifts, including PHs and weekends.
