**About our client**:
**Our client is a globally renowned luxury fashion brand. They are seeking a Retail Training Manager to be based in Singapore. Who has a strong passion for being the change driver in the learning and development of the boutique staffs.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the Global Training team to implement all training programs locally
- Plan, delivered, and coordinated all managerial, retail, and product training programs in an effective and timely manner
- Conduct post-training evaluation to ensure effectiveness, applicability, and continuous improvement of training programs
- Onboard the retail staff, office staff, and business partner with professionalism and practical knowledge
- Train the trainers in stores and design, and develop in-store training tool kits
- Perform regular in-store field coaching, submit reports to the retail team, share the findings with solutions and work with Retail/ Store Managers to follow up on the results
- Manage training administration and exercise budgetary control
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 4 - 5 years of hands-on experience in training and development and preferably have experience in the retail industry
- Strong in needs analysis, program development, facilitation, and training delivery skills
- Possess a strong passion for fostering a learning culture and developing talents
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft PPT and Excel
