As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Support the mobility team in transfers/ assignments end to end process
2. Perform cost estimates required for transfers/ assignments
3. Create and maintain the current process guides for various mobility types
4. Work with employees to support them on documentations required during their transfers/ assignments lifecycle
5. Develop expertise on the mobility knowledge so as to support questions posted by employees or relevant stakeholders for the mobility arrangements
6. Partner with relevant vendors in all stages of execution
7. Participate in any ongoing global mobility projects
Minimum Qualifications
1. Undertaking a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in HR or a related technical discipline
2. Strong communication skills both written and spoken
3. Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
4. Ability to maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders (cross team or cross functions)
5. IT savvy and open to using new IT tools for day to day operations
