**Overall Purpose of the Job**

Aspire Lifestyles is the global leading provider of concierge & lifestyle services. This position is predominantly a non-customer facing operational support role responsible for payment processes (processing, verifying, and reconciling) to ensure customers are charged timely for services rendered, payments made accurately, and payment transactions are reconciled against invoices and payment data.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Ensure payments are made daily. Delays to be escalated to Service

Delivery Director.

2. Provide support documents to Finance relating to payment reconciliation

needs.

3. Adhere to all compliance procedures and policies

4. Manage the filing of all POS charges daily

5. Update relevant case data reflecting payment amounts and outcomes

6. Ensure when processing payments, the required verification and Terms

and Conditions are adhered to (invoices, date of travel, correct credit card

is charged).

7. Escalate cases to Service Delivery Director where errors are being made

for team development purposes.

8. Ensure credit card data is handled strictly within the PCIDSS compliant

manner.

9. Specific duties include but not limited to:
a) Payment to Vendors:
Customer Debits via POS Machine (physical charging of credit card) of either Customer Loyalty Points and/ or Entitlements

b) Ensure the accuracy of case data pertaining to payments processes

c) Reconciliation of all payments from customers and to vendors tracked against case data, may include:
(i) Management of an Inter Billing Memo Tracker (e.g. Petty cash)

(ii) Vendor Invoices are compared to ePC case date for accuracy

(iii) Corporate Credit Card Statement is reconciled monthly to invoices received and adhere to all compliance procedures and policies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
