**Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive full-cycle recruitment for tech (Engineering, Product, Design), Operations (Safety, Community, Finance, Legal & HR) and GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) roles globally
- Architect and execute innovative, global sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines
- Scale teams from the ground up, establishing efficient processes for high-volume and senior quality hiring
- Collaborate with C-level executives and department heads to align hiring strategies with business objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Navigate international hiring practices, including compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies and continuously optimize hiring processes
- Cultivate a strong employer brand across diverse global markets
- Contribute to the growth of the talent acquisition function

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 7 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Tech & GTM roles
- Proven success in scaling teams rapidly, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- Extensive experience in global hiring across multiple countries and continents
- Strong technical understanding to effectively assess and hire for complex technical roles
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, adept at navigating complex organizational dynamics
- Strong analytical skills to leverage data in driving hiring strategies and decisions
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, ability to work with diverse teams and timezones
- Adaptable and able to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

**Preferred Requirement**:

- Experience hiring for both startups and established tech companies on a global scale
- Knowledge of global talent markets and location-specific recruitment strategies
- Familiarity with remote hiring practices and distributed team structures
- Track record of implementing innovative sourcing techniques (e.g., AI-powered sourcing, predictive analytics) and proficient with market leading ATS (Ashby)
- Experience with employer branding initiatives on a global scale
- Proficiency in multiple languages
