**About the Role**
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, logistics, business or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or logistics operations
- Relevant experiences in logistics operations and planning roles
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, automotive industries strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of supply chain solutions and SOP documentation
- Strong understanding of warehousing/depot, transport operations and order fulfilment
- Good communication and presentation skills with senior management
- Project management experience advantageous
- Understanding of software development process advantageous
- Forklift operating experience advantageous
**Responsibilities**
- Global order management - Leads operations and customer service, ensuring all order types and SLAs are fulfilled to company standards. Provide operational support and expertise to resolve all issues timely
- Owns and develops inventory processes and contact points. Prepares guides and communications for the customer lifecycle: solution, onboarding, BAU operations, offboarding, etc.
- Co-owns SOPs and performance management of internal and external operations. Evaluate and provide process-change proposals to drive culture of continuous improvement and operations excellence
- Network Planning - co-develops the global network of depots and ops partners to meet customer demand and requirements. Maintains relationships with 3PLs and customers to ensure overall success
- Develops long and short-term forecasts of customer orders; align customer profiles with procurement, inventory, and production strategy
- Assist in the development and design of the customer portal; ensure smooth customer experience and data accuracy
- Have a customer-first mindset to foster long-term business relationships; act as a point of contact for customer/vendor feedback and needs
- Assists with inventory processing and movement: receiving, putaway, stockcounting, etc.
- Act as a key superuser for the company’s inventory management system. Setting business requirements and module enhancement designs.
- Plan and schedule freight solutions and provide critical analysis on optimal routes and partners.
