We are looking for a
**VP Project Management** based in Singapore for one of our clients in the real estate market, dedicated to transforming spaces and creating iconic mixed development properties that enrich communities and leave a lasting impact. They pride theirselves on innovative approach, commitment to quality, and collaborative spirit.

**To be successful in this position, this role would suit a profile which has proven and substantial experience in a relevant capacity within a Real Estate, Property Development firm or Contractor company based in Singapore having a broad portfolio of assets and multiple projects across the Asia Pacific region.**

**Essential requirements**:

- **Experience**: 15-20 years of extensive and relevant experience in real estate project management
- ** Leadership background**:solid end-to-end years of experience in leading the entire project or heading the project management department (suitable for Project Director leading a huge project, VP level, Head of Department with regional responsibility)
- ** Real Estate Development Experience: f**ull-cycle experience in leading multiple or large-scale, mixed or integrated developments from residential, commercial, retail to hotel developments
- ** Ideal projects**: residential, big-ticket mixed/integrated developments (multi-million/billion $$$ projects are a great advantage)
- ** Strong Technical Skills related to real estate projects**: solid foundation and highly skilled in engineering, civil and structural background
- ** Type of projects**: extensive experience in greenfield developments, knowledge in AEI and A&A is a plus
- ** Geographical experience**: majority of the success is in Singapore, South East Asia projects (80%) is a must and to Australia are an advantage
- ** Language skills**: proficiency in Mandarin is essential, other Asian languages are an advantage
- ** Education/Qualification**: Master/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architectural, Civil, Structural, or Building-related studies
- Robust leadership abilities and a track record of effectively engaging with senior stakeholders, decision-makers, and directors.
- They have a proven history of excelling in negotiation and mediation, coupled with strong technical, design, and analytical proficiencies.
- Possess extensive organizational and planning experience with a deep understanding of design fundamentals, contract administration, budget management, and project procurement strategies. F
