VP Project Management

About Us

247 Express Enterprise Pte. Ltd is a leading warehouse and distribution company that can support all aspects of supply chain from international to domestic transport.

Main role:

- Liase with Sales team and Fleet Managers **, **Operations Managers and site Supervisors, to create project plans, schedules, and new clients.
- Drive project management activities, resources, and information
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, and progress reports.
- Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors to facilitate transportation needs for projects.
- Prepare estimates and keep track of actual effort to ensure scope control & profitability target is met in alignment with financial budget/forecast
- Fully utilize the statical forecasting function in SAP IBP and work collaboratively with individual market teams in understanding demand patterns and requirements.
- Oversee and monitor project progress, and discern the most appropriate pathways to handle risks/issues/blockers, whether by resolving independently, proactively proposing solutions or escalating appropriately
- Point of contact in managing the communication of project status to senior stakeholders, externally and internally
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationship with all stakeholders.
- Govern the systems, processes, policies, and practices in the markets.

**Requirements**:

- Degree educated in any discipline
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience, preferably in supply chain industry. Or 5+ years project management or consulting experience in a relevant field
- Experience in SAP IBP or equivalent system is preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager who has successfully delivered projects with large commercial value.
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently.
