**Main Responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, and leveraging existing networks.
- Conduct market research to uncover opportunities in both new and existing markets.
- Develop and present tailored proposals that address each client’s specific business needs.
- Engage with clients to understand their challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Strategize and manage lead follow-ups to maximize conversion and uncover new prospects.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to refine offerings and improve service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and support.
- Draft and finalize client contracts based on approved proposals.
- Provide reliable post-sales support and feedback to internal teams.
- Maintain meaningful engagement with existing clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Manage the company’s LinkedIn page and assist with marketing initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in any maritime discipline, with 3-4 years of sales experience in the marine industry within the region.
- Excellent command of English, with strong presentation and communication skills suitable for C-level engagements.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and a collaborative team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrates a high level of responsibility and customer service orientation.
