Your role

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for activities across multiple services and business areas for an assigned client base. Moreover, you will have to build and maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction while identifying business opportunities and business at risk.

The Relationship Manager is expected to develop, expand and profitably manage existing and new client relationships within their geographic territory or their
respective client sector. This position is the first front line of the firm towards the clients and markets and functions as the primary resource for extension of the full
range of the firm’s products and services applicable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develops and implements sales and relationship plans for expanding the client base, and further penetrating the existing client base by effectively packaging and cross-selling additional bank services.
- Represents the firm in market forums and conferences
- Possesses understanding of basic products and markets and depending on the complexity of his/her client base, the Relationship Manager should acquire a broader understanding of certain products and markets. Must also be aware of market trends and regulatory changes
- Works with direction from more experienced managers but could be asked to work independently depending on his/her seniority
- Works with colleagues from Strategy & Product Expansion to develop new product types/classes to capture market share

**Profile**:

- Minimum 10 years working experience in a relevant industry segment
- Highly driven, confident and motivated; able to work independently
- Exhibits creativity and able to think “out of the box”; can-do attitude
- Strong product/domain knowledge of the securities services industry
- Able to communicate/articulate well at all levels - senior counterparts and working level
- Ability to speak languages of some countries within S.E.A would be an added advantage
