Position Summary
Under the guidance and supervision of the Customer Marketing Manager
- South Asia, the Customer Marketing Executive will work closely with Global Brand Teams, GTR Marketing Team, GTR Commercial Managers and Regional & Domestic marketing teams, in supporting the development of GTR growth plans and marketing strategies, the formulation and execution of in-market launch plans and marketing programs/activities, in order to secure YOY sustainable growth in sales revenue and business profits, while ensuring brand investment is aligned to GTR guidance and kept within given budget.
Other key deliverables include marketing support for The Macallan Boutique & SIS, GTR Digital Transformation (Digital Marketing and E-commerce Strategy) and Brand Education.
This role is required to work in close partnerships with external parties (retailers and vendors) and internal teams from the GTR Commercial team, GTR Central Marketing team, Domestic & Regional Marketing teams, Global Brand teams, Supply Chain and Finance.
Job Description
**Market Lead**:
- South Asia: Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, ANZ, Philippines
- North Asia: Hong Kong, Taiwan
- Support Customer Marketing Managers (CMM) in:
- Development and execution of yearly trade marketing programs and activities
- Monthly reporting & review of customer marketing programs and activities
- Support Commercial Team with marketing tools e.g. Retailers’ Presentation, Product Sell Sheets, Brand Assets, Launch Directives, Consumer Event proposals/support
- Adaptations of brand educational modules and training
- Support Retail and Digital Communications & Marketing Teams in execution of Operational Guidelines, Visual Merchandising Guidelines and POSMs
- Support CMMs in the execution of all Promotional Activities
- Digital & E-Commerce: Support the planning and execution of GTR Digital Marketing and E-Commerce strategy.
- Event Management: Support CMMs in the management of regional trade shows (TFWA APAC), external (media and consumer) and internal events (staff engagement, bar nights, product training)
- PO Management
- Preparation of annual Growth Plans, Marketing Strategies, Budgets and Forecasts
- Preparation GTR meetings (Townhall, Bi-Monthly Customer Marketing & Commercial Meeting, Monthly Marketing Meeting)
- Insights: Working with Business Development Analyst and Commercial Finance Analyst
- Keep proper filing system for all sales/marketing contracts (pertaining to A&P)
Skills and Experience
- University graduate with Bachelor degree in marketing or related fields
- Competency in spoken and written English.
- At least 2 years working experience in a Marketing role. Travel Retail & Duty Free experience is a plus, as well as Luxury goods
- Commercially driven with analytical skill
- Possess excellent project management and time management skills; ability to handle multiple / diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and able to build relationship and garner support across functional teams; Collaborative and strong ability to work cross functionally
