JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Title: - Finance Junior Accountant.

Pull time role in a Hotel Finance Department.

1 - Requirements of the job scope: - Report to the Accountant & the Financial Controller
- Ability to handle all aspects of AR (Accounts Receivable), Credit card reconciliation, Daily Revenue Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation, and other financial duties as Junior Accountant.
- Assist the Accountant as required to prepare full set monthly management accounts and related schedules timely
- Ability to handle AP Payment a billing processing in absence of the AP personnel
- Administration of contracts database and project cost tracking
- Cashflow management
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary and bankers. - Ensure compliance with Company Policies, Processes and Procedures
- System and processes-assist in processes and system implementation when required
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned. Requirement (Qualifications & Experience)
- A self-starter who is able to plan organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, hands on and meticulous. - Finance/Accounting studies or relevant discipline or ACCA preferred.
- Experience in Hotel sector will be an advantage. - Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standard, corporate tax and GST rules.

2 - SKILLS REQUIRED: Skills in AR / AP/ Credit card recon, bank recon, general cashier, and other accounting duties.

Very good interpersonal skills

Good communication skills

Great team player and has a positive can-do attitude

Punctual, reliable, respectable and approachable person with an open mind to learn the industry and grow his or her career in Finance department in hotel industry.

Ability to handle Reconciliation Accounting Compliance Financial duties

Very good computer skills with Excel and familiar with accounting tools
