- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place.
- Oversee the implementation of digital tools and systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency.
- ** Project Management**:

- Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure that digital transformation objectives are met.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on new digital tools and systems.
- ** Stakeholder Management**:

- Collaborate with senior leadership to define digital transformation goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for digital initiatives.

**Key Requirements**:

- ** Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in IT project management, with experience in leading digital transformation projects.
- ** Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

- ** Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
