**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design modern technical architecture and solutions on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Validate the technical feasibility and co-design solutions with the Experience Design team
- Define roles (dev, template author, content author) and responsibilities and enable teams to perform the roles
- Design workflows to support content publishing processes
- Lead and develop on Adobe Experience Manager 6.5 and Java OSGi, as well as front-end technologies, such as Typescript, HTML, CSS
- Work with vendors and software partners to design end to end solution for M1 Digital stack
- Work with various Product owners at different level on the requirements and design.
- Work closely with component owners and software engineering team to build the organization capability in delivering new capabilities for the M1 Digital stack
- Application E2E solutioning and design taking into consideration operations, future maintainability, performance, and scalability.
- Review existing design and implement solutions for improvement from performance and usability perspective.
- Responsible for impact analysis and design modifications to existing systems to support new requirements.
- Work within the project team to ensure delivery is within time and budget and meets the agreed scope
**Key Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecting related roles.
- 7+ years in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Version 6.x)
- 3+ years in an AEM lead role
- Good knowledge of Adobe upgrade and CMS (Content Management System) migration process
- Strong experience in modern Web/Mobile development techniques and best practices.
- AEM performance and security setup and fine-tuning, including Dispatcher setup/configuration
- Experience with Front-End technologies (HTML/JS/CSS) such as Angular and React JS
- Experience in integration with Salesforce and middleware solutions such as MuleSoft is an advantage.
- Experience of working on implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle, ideally using Agile development techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Able to stay constantly updated with industry trends and modern technologies and recommend innovative solutions to meet architectural needs.
- Able to work independently and communicate with various levels in the organization.
