We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Fleet Manager to join our team and oversee the safe and efficient operation of our fleet in accordance with international ship management standards. In this role, you will lead a team of professionals, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing performance, and delivering outstanding service to our stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

Strategic Support and Stakeholder Engagement
- Drive improvements in fleet operations and support company-wide initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations, company procedures, and industry best practices.
- Ensure strong relationships with stakeholders, including shipowners, charterers, and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee compliance with ship management agreements and share performance data with clients.

Fleet Operations Management
- Monitor and coordinate maintenance, spare parts, and planned activities to ensure vessels operate efficiently and safely.
- Ensure vessels comply with international, flag state, and port state regulations, and maintain all certifications.
- Plan and execute dry-dockings, major overhauls, and repairs to high standards and within budget.
- Manage the fleet’s operational budget, ensuring accurate expenditure and reporting.

Performance and Inspections
- Analyze fleet performance data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct and oversee vessel inspections, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.

Leadership and Resource Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing fleet team.
- Manage team resources, including workload, training, and career development.
- Work closely with crewing personnel to maintain staffing standards and approve senior appointments.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nautical Science, Mechanical/Electrical/Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or equivalent.
- Chief Engineer’s or Master’s qualification is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years as a Fleet Manager for Dry Bulk/Container vessels.
- Proven experience managing a fleet of 30-35 ships **(Dry Bulk and Containers)**for a reputable owner.

**Skills**:

- Strong technical knowledge of vessel operations and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office and related software.
