To support this growth and meet ever-increasing demand, we are seeking a **Head of Operations**to play a key role in optimizing and scaling our operations, ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality products to customers around the globe. **Role Overview**: The **Head of Operations**will lead the seamless execution of production, demand and supply planning, and global fulfillment for CRCH’s skincare and haircare product lines. The role includes ensuring robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing operational software systems, safeguarding data integrity, and optimizing e-commerce operations, including Shopify and NetSuite integration. **Key Responsibilities**: - 1. Production Oversight: _ - Manage and oversee production for the CALECIM and Sollagen product lines, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and regulatory compliance. - Partner with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to align production processes with product innovation. - Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs. - Manage CMO’s relationships in order to reduce production leads times and costs. - 2. Demand and Supply Planning: _ - Develop and manage demand forecasting models to support accurate production and inventory planning for diverse international markets. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align inventory levels with global market demand and promotional activities. - Oversee inventory levels across multiple international warehouses, balancing stock availability and efficiency. - 3. Supply Chain and Fulfillment Management: _ - Oversee procurement, supplier relationships, and logistics, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods. - Manage last-mile fulfillment operations to ensure on-time delivery and superior customer satisfaction across global markets. - Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to enhance supply chain efficiency and reliability. - 4. E-Commerce Operations: _ - Ensure operational excellence in e-commerce, with a focus on Shopify platform performance and scalability. - Oversee inventory synchronization, order management, and fulfillment processes for e-commerce channels. - Integrate and optimize NetSuite ERP with Shopify to improve data accuracy, operational efficiency, and reporting capabilities. - 5. SOP Development and Oversight: _ - Establish, implement, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all operational areas. - Ensure compliance with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards. - Conduct regular audits and updates of SOPs to adapt to changing operational needs. - 6. Software Management and Data Integrity: _ - Lead the implementation and management of ERP, demand planning, and other operational software systems tailored to skincare and haircare operations. - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all platforms to enable effective decision-making and reporting. - Drive the adoption of technology solutions that enhance operational visibility and scalability. - 7. Operational Strategy and Leadership: _ - Develop and execute an operational roadmap aligned with CRCH’s strategic goals. - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team with expertise in skincare and haircare production and logistics. - Present performance metrics and operational updates to the executive team, offering solutions to improve efficiency and address challenges. **Key Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. - At least 8 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or production management, in a consumer packaged goods company.. - Experience in e-commerce operations, including Shopify platform management and integration. - Proficiency in NetSuite ERP and demand planning tools. - Demonstrated expertise in demand and supply planning, international logistics, and multi-warehouse management. - Proven track record of developing and managing SOPs and implementing operational software systems. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills. - High attention to detail, particularly in maintaining data accuracy and operational reliability. **What We Offer**: - A leadership opportunity in a high growth company. - A collaborative and innovative work environment
