**Roles & Responsibilities**
The facility manager oversees maintenance, development of manufacturing facility and equipment. Your responsibilities include managing of EMS, equipment calibration and maintenance. You will be leading in investigation, trouble shooting and root cause analysis for various operational events and equipment failures; ensure that all relevant engineering CAPA are completed timely.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage, direct and monitor facilities status for the organization to increase efficiency and maximize performance.
- Ensure adequate preventive & predictive maintenance to reduce facility failures while maintaining quality and productivity
- Advise, support, and carry out acceptance tests, qualification, and validation of equipment
- Lead change control/improvements on utilities-related engineering activities
- Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, ISO standards, EHS standards and other relevant policies/ standards, and support audit functions.
- Ensure workplace safety and be responsible for notifying Management in a timely manner of EHS/ GMP deficiencies
- Manage and update master list of utilities, equipment calibration/maintenance, and service agreement.
- Develop new SOPs, work instructions & maintenance checklists according to QMS
- Lead and train facility team
- Support environment monitoring team on facility related matters
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in facilities, engineering or relevant disiplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facilities/utilities maintenance
- Knowledge of validation lifecycle, compliance requirements (21 CFR Part 11 and regulatory requirements) is highly preferred.
- CSV knowledge in biotechnology facility is a plus
