Ang Mo Kio, Singapore Aedge Holdings Pte Ltd Full time

Handle staff on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Prepare all HR documentations (e.g., employment letter, confirmation

letter, warning letter, etc.)
- Maintain accurate personnel records, attendance records, leave records

and general administrative duties including documentation and filing.
- Handle weekly, mid-month and monthly payroll computation and/or

overtime
- Handle expenses reimbursement and daily petty cash claim
- Purchase, issue and control of Uniform, Accessories, Inventory to

Jobsites.
- Any other HR & admin duties assigned.

**Requirement**:

- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- At least 2 years of HR working experience in Singapore
- Good knowledge on Employment Act
- Proficient in Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word
- Only those in Singapore need to apply

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
