**Job Description as follows**:
- Provide admin support such as handling incoming/outgoing mails, faxing, receipt of goods, etc
- Manage the store inventory and perform data entry.
- Use Microsoft programme to prepare letters, PowerPoint slides and Excel documents
- Handle counter service and manage telephone enquires [For Eg. Attend to calls at the general office and relay messages to the relevant personnel]
- Handle basic cleaning at the general office
- Arrange for refreshment during meetings at the general office
- Able to multitask.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
The Personnel shall mínimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- GCE ‘O’ level is preferred
- At least 2 years experience in the related field is preferred
- Good Communication Skill and ability to work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
