You will lead the effort to gather domain knowledge from different business functions, observe the gaps and opportunities from data insights and provide data-driven solution either on Domo, our corporate BI platform with 1500+ internal and external users, or via on demand insights report. Reporting to the Asia Head of Business Intelligence, you will work closely with different business functions including Retail Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, CRM, E-Commerce, Market, and cover all Sephora Asia Countries including Greater China, Southeast Asia, Oceania and South Korea. You will also manage various business requests around reporting, visualization, insights, and data education with technical support from Data Management team.

Location: Orchard

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am -6pm

Duration: 6 months

**Responsibilities**:
**Building high quality reports and interactive dashboards**
- Be the Subject Matter Expert of Sephora data insights
- Be the Subject Matter Expert on data transformation and visualization
- Developing and managing Domo as the source of truth for business to get data and insights
- Explore new functions on Domo to improve navigation and dashboard usability
- Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending solution to the head of department for implementation
- Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company’s mission

**Building a Data-Driven Culture and improve data skills across the organization**
- Design framework and courses for users at different level of data maturity (business user, editor, developer) to improve the data savviness across the organization
- Work with Sephora University & Domo Customer Success Manager on the delivery of the structured data education program
- Design events and activities to award users who have successfully accomplish the training courses
- Share data insights in analysts community
