Our Client is a Japanese Listed Finance Company. They are looking for an Officer/Senior Officer. This position will assist the Marketing Department on all aspects of client service, and support the preparation and checking of contractual documents for providing financial facilities to Corporate Customers.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Support in daily administrative duties within the department, including operational, administrative and marketing
- Checking and management of Credit Facility Applications, Purchase Orders, New Contracts, Contract Amendments, Contract Termination, Contract Maturity, Existing and Expired Contracts
- Regular updating of customers' and suppliers' data
- Generating reports for management and internal use
- Assist in answering general sales enquiries and phone-calls
- Ensure the accuracy of documents submitted to be compliant with rules and regulations
- Support SOP manual creation and/or update from time to time
- Other ad-hoc admin duties inclusive of
- Arrangement of courier services
- Liaison with other stakeholders on behalf of the Department, etc
- ** Requirement**:

- Possess at least a Diploma in accountancy.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Leasing or Finance Industries.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and Word.
- Prudence, Accuracy, Meticulous and organized.
- Demonstrate a keen-to-learn attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- A team player and proactive with a willingness to help out.
- ** Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 17:30
