**(1) Officer / Senior Officer, Credit Documentation & Account Operations (12-month Contract)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform fixed deposit maintenance (placement and released), current account maintenance, account opening, deposit-related transactions, loans operations, audit confirmations and other related account servicing and maintenance functions.
- Check and prepare for next-level authorization relating to fixed deposits placement and maintenance.
- Check and prepare for next-level authorization of account operation-related transactions in accordance to internal procedures and external regulatory guidelines.
- Verify and update account maintenance functions
- Assist in processing of loans operations, audit confirmation.
- Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

**(2) Officer / Senior Officer, Treasury Settlement & Payment Operations (12-month Contract)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily settlement and sending of trade confirmations for treasury transactions such as, FX, MM, NDF, Structured Products, Fixed Income, IRS and Derivatives transactions
- Verify and authorize treasury transaction in accordance with internal and external guidelines
- Prepare and sending of trade confirmation
- Perform daily nostro reporting to Treasury & Markets Department, periodic reporting to MAS and HK Head Office on Management Information.
- Investigate and rectify outages of accounting entries
- Release SWIFT messages when confirmations are matched
- Follow up with counterparties on late payments.
- Back-up for remittance, cheque clearing and GIRO transactions

**(3) Officer / Senior Officer, Trade Finance Operations (12-month Contract)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Trade Finance services in the bills operations function.
- Ensure that compliance/sanction check is done before processing.
- Review and perform review of Name Hits in AML system and take necessary action
- Perform data entries for all the Trade Products (from negotiation, collection, LC/BG issuance to Trade Loan) in the Trade System.
- Dispatch documents for all the products and liaise with Courier Company in case special arrangement is required.
- Liaise with Treasury on exchange rate/interest rate and to report fund movement in a timely manner.
- Investigate on un-reconciled transactions.
- Filing of documents, mailing of advices and archiving of documents.
- Participate in UAT activities for system implementation / enhancement / migration activities, when necessary
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Job Requirements**:

- 'A' levels / Diploma holder in Banking, Finance and Business related.
- 0 to 2 years relevant banking experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Highly organised with attention to detail and follow through
