**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises
- Provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to all company service and operating standards
- Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers
- Protect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues
- Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigation
- Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures
- Maintain environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls
- Maintain organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 1-2 years of security guard experience
- Must have Security Officer Licence, by Police PLRD, must have the Recognise Terrorist Threats (RTT) training (or Handle Counter Terrorism Activities (HCTA), have SSO Upgrade courses (preferred): Operate Basic Security Equipment - OBSE or Manage Disorderly Conduct & Threatening Behaviour - MDCTB
- Able to work day and night shift
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of following complex instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to participate in the company’s screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Registered as a security officer
- High School diploma is required
- Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position

- Knowledge of Basic Security and Fire Inspection Procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,400.00 - $1,500.00 per month
