**Responsibilities**
Supports the hospitality group and Finance Manager in the following finance activities:
- Budgeting and forecasting for the business
- Partnering the business units (local and overseas) to provide timely financial insights and projections to stakeholders and drive growth and profitability
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensure all financial reports are accurate and timely, analyse financial data, provide insights to the management
- Monitoring the day to day financial operations of the business, including payments and procurement
- Reviewing statutory and management reporting for the entities
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and all internal and regulatory requirements. This includes reviewing of direct and Indirect Taxes compliance, having proper Transfer Pricing documentation and responding to surveys from local authorities
- Strengthening current internal controls, compliance and process improvements
- Monitors AR, provision and the Credit management of the business
- Support on adhoc projects
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Accountancy or finance or equivalent.
- Experience in hospitality industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP or Workday Adaptive is a plus.
- Minimum 6 years of working experience with ideally 3-5 years of Big 4 auditing experience plus some commercial experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
